I'm writing to complain about my recent experience. I tried to use a coupon for a promotion, but they wouldn't accept it. I'm really upset because other Subway stores accept coupons, so why not this one? First, they stopped the "buy one get one free footlongs" deal, which was disappointing. I used to have this place rated with 4 stars. I enjoyed it. that was two years ago. Today, I tried again. I was extremely disappointed. I had high hopes entering because it looked pretty new, and I was excited to try it out. When I walked in, it looked great. Very clean. Although, once I started ordering, the lady that was assisting me lacked positivity and enthusiasm.
