We went to subway after solo ensemble as a treat. We ordered 4 BMT 6 inch subs. The pepper jack cheese had an off color. The lettuce look Wilted. We all took one bite of our subs and decided that was disgusting. Either the cooler is not working or the food on the line is expired. I would like a refund. I would have came back for the refund but we were already on the high way.

I have never had a problem with the food until today I found a hair in my sub
Eww, everything was warm did not eat the cheese and meat especially. Needs cooler checked or up the temperature. Disappointed and waste of money
