They have business hours on their door that states they open at 11AM. Showed up at 11:07 and the girl on their prepping food ignored us and then shook her head at us. They didn’t actually open until after 11:30. Change your business hours. That was rude.
They absolutely do not care about selling good food. Had an order online, the girl was standing around when my husband got there and food wasn’t started. He sat down while she made it, then he brought it home. It had 6 pieces of lettuce one it. I asked for extra pickles, there were 6 in a side cup and none on the sub. She service was horrible. The lady didn’t even put mayo on my sub even though I asked for mayo. The lady was in a bad mood and giving me attitude. The food looked like it was made by a 5 year old. Placed an online order for 2 sandwiches around 7pm. Posted hours on door say store is open until 8pm. Online ordering was open for restaurant and our card was charged. Upon arrival to restaurant around 730, door was locked. Eventually a young lady came to the door and stated they were closed. I countered and stated I placed an online order and it went through and that the posted hours say you are open until 8pm. I had the pleasure of meeting the new manager Jasmine today and she was so sweet and kind even after being the only employee there! She gave me a discount for having to wait! Definitely prefer this subway over any one!
