Owner is a really kind guy, fresh ingredients & great food. I haven't been to Subway in a while after some bad experiences with quality downtown, but this location was really good. Soup was made fresh to order, will be back for sure.
Never had a problem with the food or service before, but the staff today screamed at me for taking drink refills, said it's not free and that I should pay for it. I've never had to pay for refills in subways before and the soda dispenser is always right outside and I wasn't told beforehand about it, but maybe things have changed idk. I agreed to pay for it immediately and apologized because I didn't know they charge for drink refills. But the food was okay since I got exactly what I asked for.
Today literally saw a roach on the counter, when I made it known to the women behind the counter after I requested that my order be refunded …she told me that it was my problem and no she wouldn’t refund

Owner confirmed my order, charged me, then had the door locked while walking around in sight of the door. I knocked, pulled on the door, waited, and called. Nothing. Don't come here. Edit: After this review was posted the owner called me within minutes, I had called him earlier. He lied and said that he was with a customer, which doesn’t make sense. Food is usually well made, don’t really get it.
