I love Subway, but I wear dentures so I always have to ask for the freshest bread so I can eat it. I went in today for the meal deal, as usual, I specifically asked for the freshest bread. I like it lightly toasted, again, so that is still soft. The girl did great with the toasting, unfortunately she used a hard, stale, 6" piece of bread! It is so hard and dry that I am barely able to bite into it with out dislodging my dentures. I just feel if you are not a peoples person or you do not like your job find somewhere where you do not have a service humanity. I will not be coming to this one again and I hate to say it’ll be y’all folks. They got an attitude for no reason to college station I go.
Today I returned to the store to file a complaint, and the woman named Lasentria Hall was very kind to me and very helpful in helping me resolve my refund. I congratulate you for having employees like her. I don't speak English very well, and she was very patient and attentive to what we wanted to communicate. Blessings to her.
