I appreciate the help of the manager of this store (Arti) . Weeks ago I make an order but the app set my pick up order to this store that is not the one that I regularly go. I have trying to reach out subway for a refund or any solution but I didn’t receive any answer . Besides that I call this store to communicate what happens to me and she was very kind , she offer me to pass by another time to pick it up my order . Closed at 8am even though Google hours say 7am opening. Been before though and food has been decent and serviced good.
This was my first and last time ever coming to this location. I placed a pickup order and there was so much bread and lettuce rather than meat so I wanted to get it remade. When I called to bring the sandwiches back the lady who answered the phone was more than willing to remake them. When I get back to the store all of a sudden the employees are telling me that they will not remake my order. One lady was brushing me off and not acknowledging me.
