Chicken sandwich 好吃！
Terrible customer service. The staff — a man and a woman of Indian origin — were extremely rude and unprofessional. They rushed us and kicked us out because they “had to clean,” even though the store was still open. It was a very unpleasant experience overall. To make it worse, the cookie tasted like it was from the day before — definitely not fresh. Won’t be coming back.
I appreciate the help of the manager of this store (Arti) . Weeks ago I make an order but the app set my pick up order to this store that is not the one that I regularly go. I have trying to reach out subway for a refund or any solution but I didn’t receive any answer . Besides that I call this store to communicate what happens to me and she was very kind , she offer me to pass by another time to pick it up my order .
