Unfriendly staff, it's seems like you are a bother to them, no warm greeting, no eye contact, no customer appreciation. First experience like this that I've ever had in all the Subwys I've visited while traveling across the country. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The two ladies were SO rude and condescending! One was very put-out and rolled her eyes when I asked for the code to the bathroom…. Just made you feel like such an inconvenience!
SERVICE SUCKS FOOD IS OK! This place is worst then the ghetto Dennys in page and cortez. The manager must really have her job. She is so rude and mean. I don't have this place is still here
All the workers exhibit poor customer service. Rolling eyes and impolite comments from staff are noticeable. Although the food is good, it would be beneficial to have a new team of sandwich makers. If the current staff are not committed to providing quality service, it may be advantageous to hire individuals with better customer service skills.
Employees, so rude to customers very bad.. from talking to customers, to making sandwiches..
