Friendly regular staff and great service. Food tastes great every time, though sometimes in the morning they just dont meatballs for some reason.
I always receive excellent service at the Subway Elston location. The entire staff is friendly and Juana always provides excellent service.
This Subway location has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. For months, their bathroom has been out of order, forcing employees to go next door just to use the restroom. That’s unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Even worse, the owner has shown extremely inappropriate and discriminatory behavior. I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. After spending over $50 dining in, I simply asked to use the bathroom to wash my hands so I could feed my 6-month-old baby. The staff refused, saying the bathroom “doesn’t work.” It felt very inconsiderate, especially after being a paying customer. For a place that serves food, not allowing basic hygiene is unacceptable. Definitely not family-friendly or welcoming.
We came Friday Saturday 30th to order two sandwiches to go but needed to use the restroom room urgently first, we had let the lady know that we wanted to use the restroom first and then order! she refused to let us use the restroom! unfortunately she was very rude and we didn’t end up ordering because of it.
