I come here for a quick bite before fishing. Great service, great food..BUT the staff move as slow as pond water.
Would highly recommend going to this subway if the blue head girl is working. She is beyond amazing. From start to finish she was incredible. She was greeted me when I walked in and gave me so many ideas for sandwiches. She had a conversation with me unlike some that won’t hold a conversation. She made my sandwich to perfection. I wish I caught her name. Best worker at this location. She made the sandwich look so good. The only complaint I would have is their line freezes which sucks but that’s not a workers fault.
One of the rudest experiences I've ever had. Ash was power hungry after being rude and not focused on customer service. Even another patron commented on how rude she was. All this when I went in with the intention of tipping 100% of my order cost because I was grateful they were open.
Service at this location is absolutely horrible. There is usually only one employee working. On 3 separate occasions in one month, I literally was left standing at the register waiting for someone to come to the front and take my order. After waiting over 15 minutes to be helped/acknowledged; I left. This happened to me 3 times in the same month. How are you all still in business? Where’s the management ? Do not go to this location
