One sandwich and the footlong nachos both had a hair in them, curly hair ( we all have straight hair) it was nasty. Always liked eating here until now.
Online order in a Tuesday night and when I went to pick it up they gave it to door dash instead of checking the names. The girl said she called the manager and he said he would refund my money. By Sunday my money wasn’t refunded. Went back to subway and the guy told me I shouldn’t have waited so long…. Well she told me that it would be taken care of!
