About a month ago, I went to the Subway on Capshaw Road, Harvest. AL. The cashier, Lydia, said to me "Every time you come in here ... Just calm down." She said thie to me several times. Today I went in and spoke with the store manager, Amber, and related the incident to her. I asked for the franchise owner's name and phone number. She wouldn't give it to me.
