Very skimpy with everything :(
When ordering online they canceled my order right away. I called to ask about it and was told they no longer accept mobile orders. Was told if i wanted i could do a walk in but that they don’t accept promotions. No mobile orders= no promotions. 👎🏽
Terrible service. Coworkers and I are dining in but worker has been turning lights on and off. They dont close until 2AM and it is 11PM. Ordered the spicy italian like i always do and the man gave me the smallest portions..not worth the money. I counted 5 leaves of spinach on my sub LOL When the worker Sri used to work he actually gave great service.
Not even worth a star. This location flat-out refuses to honor the “MVP Rewards 40% discount” promotion — instead of processing the order, they simply cancel it through the app. When I ordered in store, I wasn’t even informed that Subcrunch wasn’t available with the Cheesy Garlic Steak until after the fact. Here's what happend that's making me write a first 1 star review in my life. Got 40% off deal online, went to the store to pick up. Owner said he didn't receive any order recently, and that he would have canceled any order that used the promo because he was losing money each order. I showed him the receipt and he said someone already picked up the order.
