Ordered online and the workers swapped ingredients between my husband's sub and my sub. You'd imagine its like reading directions. We're not impressed.

Extremely disappointed with this location. The store is supposed to close at 9:00 PM, but when I arrived at 8:18 PM, the doors were already locked. The "OPEN" sign was still brightly lit, and I could clearly see two employees inside the store. I knocked on the door to get their attention, but instead of helping or explaining, they just looked at me and walked away. Closing up shop over 40 minutes early and completely ignoring a customer is incredibly unprofessional. If the hours say open until 9, the doors should be unlocked... read more

I stopped in the drive thru this afternoon to grab a sandwich real quick before heading back to work. I was helped by a young man named Xander. He was polite, clear, and to the point. My sandwich was prepared exactly as I requested and my expectations were fulfilled. It’s nice to know that when you have a craving for a certain sandwich, this subway is always reliable.

I ordered a simple 6-inch vegan sub with no meat or sauces and left a $2 tip on a $5 order. After I got my sub, I realized I had forgotten to ask for avocado, so I went back and asked if it could be added. I was told it would be an extra charge. I understand avocado isn't free, but I was honestly a little disappointed by the lack of flexibility, especially considering how basic my order was and that I had tipped generously.
