I ordered a simple 6-inch vegan sub with no meat or sauces and left a $2 tip on a $5 order. After I got my sub, I realized I had forgotten to ask for avocado, so I went back and asked if it could be added. I was told it would be an extra charge. I understand avocado isn't free, but I was honestly a little disappointed by the lack of flexibility, especially considering how basic my order was and that I had tipped generously. Great store, fast and efficient staff. Largest store I've been in across 42 states. Wish more stores were run this way.
This is the biggest Subway I have ever been to. I'm thinking of reaching out to them to see if I could conduct cattle roping clinics here in the off hours. Wish me luck!
