The young people were very polite. The sandwiches were made very nicely.
Victor was insanely nice since the second I walked in. He made the experience so relaxed and fun, having a genuine feeling conversation with me and really enjoying his job. Very very nice man, him alone makes me know I will come back to this location.
The new manager's attitude was cold, unfriendly. made the customers feel like walking on eggshells.
