One hour and 15 minutes left of business hours and out of food. No meatballs, so ordered pizza sub. Only wheat buns? No thank you. Would not be complaining about anything until the two employees started laughing about the situation. I WAS a 3 to 4 times a week customer. Update, it's been 7 years. Still have not been back since I never had any response from Subway, even called and let a message. Go to Strasburg, Amber will take care of you!

The food quality was severely disappointing, with items appearing stale and unappealing. The customer service was notably poor, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. I was unable to consume my meal due to concerns regarding the manager’s hygiene practices—specifically, he did not wash his hands or wear gloves while handling food. As a result, I will not be returning to this Subway.
