Disappointed today. 😭 Lupe, one of the staff members, seemed to be having a bad day and took it out on me. I ordered a Titan Turkey sandwich, but she didn't even fold the turkey properly, just threw it in the bread. When I asked her to toast it twice, she got defensive and snapped at me. Employee Kristi is unprofessional can be! She made a rude comment with attitude when I ordered, I ask what she said and changed the topic. Male employee Michael was okay. These people definitely need customer service training. Everyone keeps complaining about it and leaving bad reviews. Mostly bc of the employees. Definitely not coming back. Floor was sticky .
