Staff is very nice and hardworking.
If you think this subway can’t get worse than soggy bread and limp lettuce, let me tell you, they’ve perfected the art of being useless. I showed up at a supposedly open store (hours are on door and online) only to find the door locked. So far fine, mistakes happen. Subway, 1 N. Main St., Manheim, Sept. 22. Fail. The person in charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of food safety in this food facility as evidenced by this noncompliant inspection. Observed box of bread sticks in the cooler and plastic marinara bag cut stored open with no covering; corrected. Food employees observed not wearing proper hair restraints, such as beard covers.
