Staff is very nice and hardworking.
If you think this subway can’t get worse than soggy bread and limp lettuce, let me tell you, they’ve perfected the art of being useless. I showed up at a supposedly open store (hours are on door and online) only to find the door locked. So far fine, mistakes happen. But then the employees just stood inside like statues watching, doing absolutely nothing, while I jiggled the handle, praying for a hint of acknowledgment.
