My son is in here almost every day. He gets a meatball sub. The guy was very rude to him and instead of grabbing a spoon, he stuck his hand in the meatballs and put them on my sons sub. My son is autistic & enjoys his visits to subway . If I ever hear of this man doing this again or even rude to my son I will be making a few phone calls. That was very uncalled for!!!

I am a frequent customer of the Sinclair Subway and today was by far the very best experience I've ever had. Maurice was hands down the best. I came in very close to closing and when I came in I was greeted with a hello and a genuine smile. I had ordered three subs and for every sub was all fresh ingredients and anything that seemed low that wasn't up to his parr He went and grab something from the fridge that was better up to his parr. Lady was incredibly rude, food was cold, gross, uncooked, and wrapped poorly. I dont know how lady is employed there. Terrible experience.

The meatball sub was served cold, poorly assembled, and inadequately wrapped, resulting in a messy experience. Additionally, the service provided by the employee named Rhonda was noticeably unfriendly. This level of quality and customer care is unacceptable and needs immediate improvement. But the chips was amazing 😁
