The fact they had everything I ordered on the receipt then had an attitude because I was asking for what I paid for was crazy. Large drink was barely filled half way. I’m not going to argue with someone where I’m spending my money. I see why Subway is getting bad reviews lately. Send your people to customer service training.
Outside menu price not honored, 40 minutes drive thru wait and incorrect order. For 1 6in sandwich combo with water this was ridiculous. Lobby was not busy, and only 1 car a head when we initially pulled in. Drive thru employee who took order lacked customer service skills completely. She is only there passing time, basically paid to waste time and make mistakes. The man who brought our order out was the only one who seemed to know what was going on..
