The staff at this Subway is so nice.
Been to many Subway restaurants around my house but I’ve settled on this one being the best. Other Subways act like they’re paying for the food and put the bare minimum on the sandwich, not here. There’s a guy named Jesus who knows how to make sandwich. If you go there, get Jesus to make sandwich. It’ll be great!
I definitely would warn anyone from going to this Subway.. Their manager Vanessa is incompetent and maliciously rude. She refuses to uphold her company standards in accepting coupons.. It’s too much to do according to her. Subway, this location will lose customers thanks to this incompetent and rude manager Vanessa.
Very disappointed with the customer service at this Subway location. Vanessa, the store manager, was extremely rude and refused to let us use valid coupons without giving a clear explanation. Instead of trying to help or handle the situation professionally, she had a bad attitude the entire time. Customer service goes a long way, and this experience definitely made us not want to come back.
