Whoever the gentlemen is in this photo—Thank you so much for such an amazing sub! Called to ask a simple question regarding their online order (which was not processing) and the employee I spoke with was not only rude in the 2 seconds I was on the phone and then she hung up on me. Will never spend my money there!
I placed an order to be picked up on July 4th. When I arrived the location was closed. They still charged me. I’ve tried remedying the situation with the store but they claimed it’s out of their hands. I had to twist arms to even get them to remake my food. The store manager was absolutely rude and hid in the back of the store while her workers were busy taking care of me. I will never visit this establishment again
I visited this location today with my service animal who is a 4lb small dog that I carry in my arms. The app was down so I had to go inside and was told immediately that they did not allow dogs in the store. I mentioned that this was a service animal and was told that it did not matter because the girl in the kitchen was allergic to dogs. Mind you I was at least 20 ft away from this person and I am allergic to dogs which is why I have a dog with a different type of hair that I am not allergic to.
