The woman working kept one earbud in and mumbled every single sentence under her breath. When I asked her to repeat herself (which I did 5+ times) she somewhat yelled with an obviously annoyed tone. Clearly had no idea what the ingredients were on the subs I ordered and had to keep asking what they were. Also looking at these reviews, they don’t allow service dogs, which is heavily illegal.
The food is always good, and I've found the workers to be very pleasant. My gripe is that they don't know how to operate the register when I'm redeeming rewards. Sometimes the person operating the register knows how, and sometimes they don't. If Subway is going to offer rewards, the employees should be trained on how to use the register correctly.
Went to get a sub at 9:08 pm and lady closed and locked the doors early and would not let me in to eat when the hours specified open until 9:30pm
