I have been coming to this restaurant for almost three years. I have never had an issue with any of the services so far. Additionally, I must say that the food service is excellent. I placed an order on 8/20/25 7pm for 2 sandwiches through the Subway app from the Wabash Ave. Chicago location. For pickup at 8pm. Within 15 minutes, I received a notification saying my order was prepaid and ready for pickup. When I called the store to confirms why did they make early, I was told they did not have the sandwich available, so they didn’t prepare it—even though the app clearly showed it was ready.
