I placed an order on 8/20/25 7pm for 2 sandwiches through the Subway app from the Wabash Ave. Chicago location. For pickup at 8pm. Within 15 minutes, I received a notification saying my order was prepaid and ready for pickup. When I called the store to confirms why did they make early, I was told they did not have the sandwich available, so they didn’t prepare it—even though the app clearly showed it was ready. Roache eggs on my food!!
The "sandwich artist" (Bridges?) made my sandwich in front of me for an online order. This must have been his first day or he's never eaten Subway but he was reading on the receipt the amount of each ingredient to put on so if it said 6 oz of lettuce he was putting six individual pieces of lettuce on the sandwich. The sandwich basically got to the end of the line and had no veggies on it. He then argued with me about this and got extremely mad.
