This has the worst service I've ever had the displeasure to witness at a Subway anywhere in the world, not just Morris County! On my last and final visit I asked for a "PRO" tuna sub, so I get a regular instead and he doesn't even ask me if I wanted any additional salad/toppings, he just wraps it up! This guy has a terrible attitude to customers AND his staff! One day I was in there, and he humiliates one of his female staff in such a terrible manner, it must've been embarrassing for her. I was not at Subway but next door at Divas Nail Spa which is an excellent nail salon with professional nail artists. The owners Dana and Kristine are great.
Glenn is EXTREMELY rude! Glenn has zero people skills! I placed an online order and he resorts to "did you place the order at the right location?" Yes I did. He then says "it's not his problem." So I am a here to say it is his problem! I will NEVER set foot in the store for as long as I am alive! P.S. save yourself the headache and go to Jersey Mike's in the Village Green Plaza!
