Placed online order via app. Received call 2 minutes later that order cannot be completed as they are missing ingredient which was tuna in that case. I asked to cancel my order. Staff on the phone says they cannot and it has to be done by me. Well, there is no way to cancel order placed via app. Called again and was told, “no you have to do it yourself on the app”. Never experienced this before with any other Subway. I was working until 9pm and I saw that this subway is open until 11pm (at least that’s what it says on the google search). Anyways, I place an order through the app around 6:10pm to have my order ready for pick up by 9:35pm. I leave my job around 9:10pm and get there by 9:24pm. As I am pulling into a parking space, I notice that the “OPEN” sign is off and there is garbage out front but all the lights are still on and fans are going. Good but their hours are INCORRECT they close at 9 or whatever time they want! Definitely not 11pm!
Honestly my sandwich was a waste of money. It was disgusting, barely had ANYTHING on it (I'm talking legit one piece of each meat and 2 pickles), guy was nice inside but respectfully you suck at making sandwiches
