Service tonight was great, the guy behind the counter was doing a good job, was personable and there to do his job. Why my review ranks so low is because the heat was on FULL Blast, it must have been 90+ degrees inside. This is unsafe, and that poor employee must have been having a tough time with how hot it was. In addition, there are meats and veggies out that NEED to be kept cool so they don't spoil. Matthew and Marcelo took such pride in their work I thought for sure they were owners! They even offered to put a table outside for me because it was nice out. Nice to see folks who are happy in their work and spreading smiles!
I stopped by yesterday on a whim for an easy dinner. The store was clean, and Julio was incredibly kind and helpful. He made great conversation and you can tell he has a passion for fulfilling the needs of his customers. Being from Trumbull, I grew up eating at this Subway from time to time, but I'll be making more an effort to stop by!
Please update the correct hours. I go there and it's not open according to hours listed. Listed as open at 8 am and close at 10pm. I went there during those hours and it was closed. It closes at 8pm on weekdays. The employees are very good and doing a great job, it's not their fault for any of this.
Took me over 30 minuets for 1 footlong. Made horribly, and place is understaffed. U have 1 woman working very slow and nothing else. Nice lady but just not doing it right
