Customer service was not good ,he didnt make the sub as we wanted as because he didnt want to clean the oven
I came here simply because I work nearby. Each time I receive poor service but today was especially annoying. I placed an order online for QUICK pickup. I arrive at the store and see my sandwich is ready. I wait for staff to come out, as I figured they were all just way too busy in the back room. **waited OVER 10 MINS. I could hear them chit chatting in the back. I even CALLED the store and no one picked up. Poor customer service
They say the women bathroom doesn’t work!! They don’t want any women using it even tho we eat here. The staff is using them though so it makes no sense. They only give us the man’s code!! What a shame!
