I went to this subway on 7/9/26 at approximately 9:30 ish this morning and there was a freaking bug that looked like half mosquito half fly sitting in the meat! she didn’t even notice at first and she said they just cleaned the freezer so it probably came from there… so are these bugs sitting in all of martins ferry’s subway foods back in the freezer?? so dirty so unprofessional so disgusted.

The guy making our 3 sandwiches was nice but took over 15 mins to even start our order bc he was too busy making togo orders for people that weren't even here yet! He spent over another 15 mins to get our order prepared bc he only had one speed, apparently backwards 🤦🏻♀️ another guy was sweeping & mopping when we came in & never even helped the slow guy making our food. He was done sweeping & mopping before we even ordered bc it took SO LONG! This place goes downhill every time we visit..
Really nice staff good subs and they also have chips and drinks you can buy
