I ordered two subs on the app and my husband picked the order up on his way home . My sub had so many long pieces of green bell pepper, I couldn't see the meat. I ordered the regular amount of bell peppers though. I was most of the way through eating half of my sub when I spotted what appeared to be a piece of black olive stuck to the cheese. Staff doesn’t seem to be trained in customer service or basic hygiene. Ordered a pretzel and the older newer employee griped and complained and didn’t know they sold pretzels and did not want to put the giant bag of pretzels she brought out from the back up after. The other employee who was trying to train her with a lot of push back from her proceeded to not change his gloves after handling cash and proceeded to handle the pretzel I just ordered..

I ordered a toasted bacon egg and cheese on flat bread with teriyaki sauce on the app and went to pick it up, when i got my sandwich, it wasnt toasted and there was no sauce. i called the store and told them about it and the dude tried saying “it didnt say toasted” yet the receipt says otherwise. he asked what the sandwich was and told us we could come back and get a new one made. when we got there, we waited for about 5 minutes for someone to come out and he told us they ran out of egg and we just used the last ones. so why... read more
