Bread was stale and crumbly!!!!
Despite listing themselves as a "Participating Restaurant", they do not honor the discounts and coupons offered on the Subway mobile app. They will cancel/void your order without warning. Better off going to Jimmy Johns instead!
I come here because I work in the building. You have to repeat your order to be sure they make it right. They ask for it but won’t remember it when it comes down to adding. They also should take a second to either listen better or get more help because they always just ring me out without even listening to any add ons. It’s happened multiple times. I was watching them make my sandwich and noticed the ingredients they were using looks wilted and like they have been sitting out for weeks. I ended up excusing myself and just walking away.
