I come to this subway because they have better service and the store is usually much cleaner than the other one. The only problem I’ve had is that there’s no manager on duty in the evenings and there’s usually teenagers running the store. Tonight I went in and a young man with curly black hair, had an earphone in and had gloves on while touching his phone and his phone was on the cutting board in front of the food. I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but what's the point if the online system saying food is ready of it's not ready? Genuinely very frustrating. Also when you walk into any food franchise it should feel welcoming but it never does at this one. They never say anything to you until you get to the counter which is borderline awkward. Every time we go and do a mobile order somthing is always messed up, im not sure if a stingy manger telling them to skimp because its moble or what but the only time its right is if your in there montoring them make it witch is annoying and makes me feel rude but its never correct otherwise and its not always convenient to go in.
