We waited in line for 30 minutes, waiting to see if our mobile order was done and when we got up there they said they didn't have it. But we got charged for it and was showing up in our past orders. They claimed that since we have no email confirmation that they can't do anything about it. I visited on February 18 around 2:30 PM and questioned the price of my order because it seemed high for just a value meal. The employee at the counter insisted it was correct and told me to check the receipt myself. After leaving and reviewing it later, I realized I had been charged for a value meal plus a Chicken Bacon Ranch sub that I did not order.
