I did a pick up order online through here, when I got home I found that my sub was rock solid, so I called at talked to the manager who apologized and said that sometimes the flatbread does that when they warm up the sandwich and that she would remake my sub, so I went and picked up my new sub, got home, this time the egg on my sub was literally frozen. Regular take out customer. I never had any problems and all employees have always been nice.
I’ve been going to Subway rather regularly for several months, I usually go to the one on 2nd Street, however they have recently been closed for a remodel and I’ve been visiting this location instead. The cookies are often stale, lemonade is good although sometimes the machine has problems, and the subs themselves as well as the service are about on par with other locations I’ve visited, which to say are perfectly fine.
