Eat here all the time, usually oder in store and watching them make it.... however this time I ordered online because it was already 8 oclock. that way they weren't wating on us late. I ordered 2 steak and cheese with extra meat, both are literally barely half the amount of a regular serving of meat, the one had none of the peppers and veggies we ordered and the bread is a half size of normal. They just lost me as a customer. I go maybe 3--5 times a week - once I sent my wife and they knew who the sandwich was for just based on the order. Today the snotty teenager behind the counter gave me an experience bad enough I really don't care to ever visit this location ever again - and maybe not even a Subway. Where to start? I did a pick up order online through here, when I got home I found that my sub was rock solid, so I called at talked to the manager who apologized and said that sometimes the flatbread does that when they warm up the sandwich and that she would remake my sub, so I went and picked up my new sub, got home, this time the egg on my sub was literally frozen.
