None of the subway stores in Lancaster, take their own coupons. Seems like a waste to mail out all those coupons and then tell your customers you will not accept them. That's just one of my complaints. I'm done with subway!
Stood there for 10 mins and nobody took order
I was in line at Subway for 20 minutes. In front of me, there were only two gentlemen that were together and had put in their order. For the complete time, I was not greeted, welcomed ignored almost felt like I was bothering them this saturday morning at 11:15 am .No one asked me or even told me that I was going to be waiting for a little bit, and I really wanted to get my husband an Italian sandwich that he had asked for. Line is always well stocked when I come in. Lady making my sub was very polite and quick at making a large order.
Good to see Subway has zero expectations for customer service. Takes this lady 7 mins to make a sub and another 4 mins of phone time after each sub
