Line is always well stocked when I come in. Lady making my sub was very polite and quick at making a large order.
Good to see Subway has zero expectations for customer service. Takes this lady 7 mins to make a sub and another 4 mins of phone time after each sub
I stopped to 6 subs at 8:20pm. The kid told me they couldn't toast any subs because they were allowed to shut the oven down 45 minutes before they closed. Recommended I got to Subway on Memorial. When we got there it was already closed at 8:30. What happened to customer service?? Aren't store hours posted fora reason? Or do you get to pick your hours in this new way of doing things?
Liz provides excellent customer service and she is definitely a skilled sandwich artist.
