I always order for pickup and it always seems disappointing. It feels like they don't even read the order. I always put extra vegetables and sauce on my families subs, and every single time we pickup the sandwiches are thin, and horribly dry. It pretty much feels like we pay $13 for slab of bread. One time they even completely swapped our order with someone else's. Having been a manager before I'd be really upset with how these sandwiches come out.
