I’ve visited this location several times now, and unfortunately, the experience is consistently uncomfortable—particularly on Wednesday nights. There is an Asian gentleman who works the Wednesday evening shift who is always in an extreme, unnecessary hurry. While efficiency is usually a positive in fast food, here it comes at the expense of basic customer service. Ordered through the app: one footlong and one six-inch. When I got home, I realized they gave me two six-inch sandwiches instead. I had to drive all the way back in 5-degree weather because of their mistake. Instead of remaking a footlong, they just handed me another six-inch. After two trips for an error that wasn’t mine, the least they could have done was remake the footlong or offer a small courtesy (like a cookie). Really disappointing experience.

Staff was very nice, quick and helpful. We ate at the table, they gave us a nice little basket for our sandwich.
