No delivery so I used door dash.... they sent the wrong meat on my autistic son's sandwich. Pepperoni which he's allergic to. Then told me I was only getting refunded for the missing ham.... so disappointing. I don't drive. I can't replace the sandwich because I wasn't refunded for the sandwich.
Will never eat at Subway again. I got a footlong sandwich from here this evening and it was awful. The tomatoes were green and the cucumbers were bad. They were slimy and had the most awful taste! Literally made me sick to my stomach. We called in to tell them and they said we had to bring the sandwich in and they would replace it. I do not want a replacement. I just want to be refunded. 🤢
2 stars because I buy my subway in Selah but to use rewards I have to go to Yakima. Selah doesn’t participate in the special deals. So now we won’t spend our money there. Too bad because we are a family of 7. They love Subway. We take them out to one on one lunches. I have to say service is always great and the place is always clean.
