I ordered today via the mobile app for delivery. No issues with the delivery what-so-ever. Tell me why my bread was completely overcooked (practically burnt, tasted burnt), they gave me ZERO mayo when I asked for extra, 2 slices of bell pepper, when I asked for a normal amount, zero oil and zero vinegar. At this point I am not even convinced I got the extra cheese I paid for as well. They also do not have anywhere on the app to help with issues. Terrible terrible terrible. I ordered online a veggie sandwich with more lettuce and got no lettuce. Just onion and 1 tomato. I got an onion sandwich. The people working even opened to check it in front of my husband. They checked it and still gave me an onion effing sandwich. I also ordered extra meatballs on my son's sandwich and paid for it. They mess our food up every single time. And what isn’t messed up just isn’t done well by any means. Don’t count on your order being accurate when online ordering. If you remove anything on a menu item, I assure you it will be in there when you receive your order. This is one of the worst subways I’ve been to. Poor service, poor food and no attention to details. Also waited almost an hour for an online order. Do not recommend at all
I went to the SUBWAY in ANNA today at 804 S. CENTRAL EXPY ANNA and couldn't believe the experience I had there. When they began making my Oven roasted chicken with provolone cheese footlong they toasted it like I asked them. Problem was they overtoasted the bread. They wanted to use the same meat and cheese and transfer it to a new footlong to start over. I had to make them do it the right way.
