Never, ever again! Went in to order a sandwich. The guy spoke little English and I couldn't understand anything. I told him what I wanted but didn't pay attention as he made it... meats and cheese were behind something so I didn't see that. I told him to add lettuce and cheese then paid. Truly if he mentioned a receipt I didn't understand and didn't get one. Didn't even open the sandwich till later...I got a lettuce and cheese sandwich. Called and girl said I HAD to have a receipt. Got our order wrong and then fingered our food to try to tell us is was correct, while admitting it wasn’t. Would y let us talk to a manager and told us to contact Door Dash. Dorr dash advised we used Subway app and we have to contact Subway. Horrible customer service and still have no money back even with a $15 deleibrry fee.

The woman couldn't even speak English, she was rude and you had to point to the items you wanted. Also she kept speaking Spanish to her coworker who was in the back. Definitely the last time here

I had one of the worst restaurant experiences at this Subway location. I had a coupon to get a 6 inch sub for $3.99. Upon ordering I ask if the coupon was good on all of the main sandwiches. The man told me yes it was. Then when I get to the cashier she tells me the coupon is not good on the sandwich that I ordered. I told her I asked before I ordered and was told the coupon will work. The cashier tells me it is because he does not speak English. I tried to talk with who I think was the manager and she did not help at all. S... read more
