They won't prepare food for online orders until when we arrive and also takes 1 hr to prepare food worst experience with this restaurant
My daughter and I absolutely love Subway!!!! we go there quite often but please anna tx can we do better ? I went last week and they couldn't even understand what i was trying to order so today I said I'll place my order online we went to pick it up and we waited another 30 minutes to get our order they helped 5 other orders that walked in behind me be before even starting ours
Being there a few times and always had a good experience
Would be nice if someone actually answered the phone seeing as how I have called 11 times in the past 30 mins in order to cancel my order.
