I ordered online and thought my order was sent, unfortunately after checking I had missed a step. The employees working were very friendly, and with much patience help me sort out the problem and quickly processed my order! Ezra, the young man who I've dealt with previously, was who waited on me again tonight, he obviously knows his job and has excellent customer service skills. I stood in what I thought was the line when I walked in. A man came in at the same time, I stood while he sat in a chair. 2 people working but, neither asked if they could help me. After 10 minutes they asked if I’d been helped, I told them that the man came in first and was told they were working on his order. Both of them! You would think one would keep working and the other would ask me if I needed help, if they knew he was waiting his order. I waited all that time to buy cookies!
