BIG RED FLAGS HERE!! 1. This location was out of business maybe a month or so ago with debt notices posted to their front door saying they owed their ice vendor. 2. Rude customer service. - Michelle needs some training. It's not just what you say but also how you say it. 3. No name tags on the employees, or on the receipt. Service and product pretty good; service alittle slow but more concerning is that previously, we were able to see all of the ingredients. Most recently there is a stainless steel cover that has replaced the clear cover over the meats so we cannot see those items; if they look fresh etc. maybe there’s a reason the owner does not want us to see the meats any longer. That’s alittle troubling to me especially since competitors do not keep those items hidden from view.
1 disgruntled worker. Messing up orders left and right. Where is the owner? Will not bring out any of the ingredients says out of them all. Place just needs to shut down.
Very rude staff. Every time I went in they told me they are not making sandwiches till 12. Right after they said that they made a sandwich for the next customer. The one who always does this is a heavyset male with facial hair. I don’t know his name, but I’ll try and get it
I’ve never been to this location before, especially since it had been closed for quite some time. Today I decided to stop in and get my husband and I lunch after my first shift at work, since it’s near home and I drive right by it. I put in an online order, said it would be ready at approximately 11:50am. I arrived at around 12pm to find 2 people waiting in line, I checked to online order pick up rack and my food wasn’t there, no biggie, so I sat down.
