Ordered through the subway mobile app for pickup and when we got there, the employee said she voided our order because we used a discount on our order that the app gave us....
The staff was quite unprofessional and uncooperative during my visit. My order was made incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, they refused to replace it. I hope the owner takes note and addresses this issue, as it affects the overall customer experience.
The lady canceled my order while I was inside of the store because apparently the owner does not honor the subway app promos, even though this location participates in the promo. First time I ever had my order cancelled last time I’ll come eat at this location.
