Subway has literally become inedible. Dirty restaurant too. Maybe close down and try something else because this isn't working.
Good was gross why is it hard the bread taste stale and gross something is wrong
I was double charged when the debit machine timed out. Was told the transaction did not go through, but my bank flagged it because I was charged the exact amount 2 times. Went to the store to ask for a refund, but since the order only comes up one time, they wouldn’t give me my money back. It was not a duplicate order… it was a duplicate charge. Left my number and name for the owner to call me, nothing.
This is the WORST Subway in the city. The customer service is so bad it is non existent. They barely put any toppings on, even lettuce. When you ask for more, they look annoyed and put literally 2 more on. They don’t crack a smile and they don’t say anything to you other than “and…” when waiting for you to tell them your toppings. They don’t offer a bag for 3+ subs. They get clearly irritated when you use a coupon. AND they make a rude noise when you don’t tip after it is a terrible experience.
