I ordered a chicken bowl, but the portion of chicken was incredibly small and disappointing. The server lady was on her phone the entire time instead of focusing on making the food properly. Poor customer service and bad value for the money.
I came today, 21 march 2026 at 7 pm for a salad. The girl serving me at this time was extremely rude. No manners or whatsoever. She was just making a salad out of anger. I asked why that kind of behaviour and she answered that it is her way of dealing with customers. There was no apology or anything. This is such a bad experience and will never go there again.
Awful customer service. Incredibly rude. Will not be coming back. Denied us specific bread (italian herb and cheese) as she wouldn’t “have enough for online orders” after we waited in line 15 mins. She also didn’t want to make any new bread.
We ordered 2 footlong subs yesterday and got completely ripped off. One was steak & cheese and the other was a pizza melt. We had a tiny amount of meat on each sub. We would have been better off ordering a vegetarian sub and got it for a cheaper deal at this point. Very disappointed and won't be returning to this location. Makes sense as to why your guys rating is low. Do better subway!
I ordered a foot long, 1 sub had mold on the bread, the other piece was fine .. CHECK YOUR SUBS BEFORE EATING IT. The employees needs to check their inventory regularly and not let people eat expired foods.
