The owner of this subway has his washroom closed for many months and customers are not allowed to wash their hands or use the washroom. I asked the owner why the washroom has been closed for many months. He answered me very rudely in-front of other customers saying that its not my business and he does not have to answer to me. Health department needs to get involved and Subway Headiffice needs to intervene. This owner should not be allowed to own a restaurant and operating a restaurant.
If I could've given less than 1 star I would've. If you have a service animal I wouldn't recommend going there as they question your animal if they aren't wearing a vest, I have a dog in service training currently and no other guest had an issue but the woman I was dealing with originally refused service and then said that since he is not wearing a service vest he is not a service animal. Then when I asked for more spinach I got wilted slimy spinach served with a big sigh.
I use subway almost on a daily basis, or atleast few times in a week, have been by served many locations in toronto, recently many times in hamilton, never had problem with any of them except this DEC 9 Morning went for a sandwich footlong veggie, person serving put 90% lattice, asked where is the space for rest of the veggies, answer is that is how we do it here, can we make space for other veggies, he took 5% of lattice and refused to give any more space for other veggies and told me i am not your servant, the same person ... read more
Girl making my sandwich coughs on it. I say something, quite nicely, and I'm made to feel like the problem. I've been coming here awhile and it just keeps going downhill. Update: I was in a pinch, and went back since my last review... The person making my sandwich put the wrong sauce on. We weren't even at the sauces yet!
