Whoever is working at 7pm on Sunday, Feb 2 is being a tyrant. I went around 6pm and the door was locked. Hungry gf called and they said they were open. I've called back several times and no one answers, except for one time: I said "hi, are you open tonight?" She said "really?" And then hung up. Absolutely unacceptable. I've done nothing wrong. I've said nothing. It is unacceptable from an entity conducting business in my home town to treat customers this way.
Server was rude
December 2024 update: still the best Subway in eastern Iowa. This is a very well-run Subway franchise. Fast service, clean environment, and friendly workers.
Placed a order went to pick it up and it was not done had thrown away the receipt.
