Went there at 9am as their hours say they open at 8am and the doors were locked. Two workers were there (male and female) behind the counters, but no one decided to come open the door for me. They just ignored me. Guessing they like getting paid to not have to work.

Order was wrong and when I called to complain the girl who answered phone yelled at me and hung up on me. Clearly they hire rude incompetent people with no customer service skills. And 3 sandwiches for $40 id expect better customer service. I would recommend never going to this location ever. I know I won't.

I was there to pickup a Door Dash order and waited for a good couple minutes with no one in front of me except for the person at the checkout whom was being helped by one of the three employees working. The other two looked at me when I walked through the door, never said "Hi" or came to the counter to help me until after they finished the conversation they were having. Could have been work related I don't know but acknowledging customers with a smile and a "hello, be right with you" helps your business a ton.
