On the online order. I asked for extra veggies. I was there before Victor made all four of my sandwiches. He put four pieces of the veggies on, (he's supposed to put eight pieces) when a specifically asked for extra and he still refused when I reminded him that the order says extra veggies. I'm a regular customer and I get the same order every time. I never had Victor to my sandwich before and never again
Long day in the sun and really needed to refresh not only with food but a good service and attitude. Subway in Wal Mart and good Friday.......crazy times but my man NICK came thru ....... Not only fast and efficient but friendly way appreciate
Out of all the workers there there are only 2 that have great customer service I ordered online tonight to grab dinner before I left from working in Walmart and the woman who was on was very disrespectful she told me I couldn’t watch my sandwich being made didn’t follow my online order instructions when I mentioned I paid for extra things on my sandwich she refused to put them on my sandwich and got mad when I told her that I paid for extra peppers and tomatoes she was highly unprofessional and acted like taking my order was... read more
To busy to take order then and answered my question with sarcasm. Not giving my money to this crappy store. Poor customer service.
