Subway App- When you open your sub and it's so watery it splits your sandwich, that's disgusting. No lettuce or anything.
The girl here Brooklyn is highly unprofessional. As a paying customer whom is a returning customer multiple times a week as well as a local, it’s highly upsetting to come into your normal food stop to get you and your family food. The food itself was fine, but the service during my visit today (1/29 around 12:30 PM) was incredibly disappointing. While I didn't catch her name, the shorter, older woman working the counter created a very cold and unwelcoming atmosphere. It wasn’t just my experience, she was noticeably short and "snooty" with multiple customers. She gave a gentleman behind me an attitude just for asking a price, and was unnecessarily sharp with a woman who politely asked how to best share her order list.
