I tried to order Italian bread and I SAW it right in the oven, but that guy wearing Taco Bell shirt said it was sold out. Is he literally blind or just fooling with me? The worse was he cursed me in Spanish and never thought an Asian could understand Spanish. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!
I visited this location late at night to order Italian herbs bread. Although it was clearly available, the employee (who was wearing a Taco Bell T-shirt while working at Subway) told me it was “for online orders only.” When I questioned this, he responded in an aggressive tone, asking, “Do you want it or not?” With no other 24-hour options nearby, I reluctantly agreed. To continue we were the only customers there and she prioritized bread. It was insane. The final straw was when we asked to be served and she responded just wait for me to finish. Absolutely the worst customer service. Would not recommend.
