This occurred on Thursday April 9 at around 9:30 pm. I ordered a meatball sub with 50% more protein. The 2 employees on duty did not want to accommodate that detail for me, claiming that it was not an option and that they could only prepare the sandwich with double protein instead, which would have been too much. I had to return to talk to a NON-EXISTENT MANAGER regarding the sloppy sandwich and missing items from my Footlong pre-ordered and paid for via APP. The Indian American young woman who prepared my order was very reluctant to correct her errors and even insulted me about my dog that I bought in the restaurant just to pick up my order and leave afterwards. I've been getting the same meal from this subway every single week for months. Tonight they tried to charge me *37 dollars* for a foot long sandwich meal with two cookies and a drink. I've never paid more than 16 dollars for this meal in the decade plus that I've been ordering this specific meal. When I questioned the price the employee said they had changed the pricing today 9/9/25.
