This location is trying to sell the $3.99 6-inch sandwiches options as “half meat” meaning on a Ham & Salami you get a single thin slice of ham and a single thin slice of salami. No other location does this.

Employee tried to upsell my wife on a sandwich despite being corrected multiple times. He also failed to mention the Buy one get one 50% off promotion was not applicable anymore, despite the advertisement being ON THE SANDWICH BAR and taking maybe 10 seconds to remove if this is the case. Even without the deal, we would be paying $22 for our order, however we were charged $27 for some reason. September 2nd at around 6:45pm. Theres a huge sign saying there is a bogo 50% off foot longs. Despite this the deal was apparently not avaliable and not told to us until after we paid. Despite us very loudly talking about how good of a deal that is and glad were getting it. Sandwichs were cold to the touch despite asking for them to be toasted. This occurred on Thursday April 9 at around 9:30 pm. I ordered a meatball sub with 50% more protein. The 2 employees on duty did not want to accommodate that detail for me, claiming that it was not an option and that they could only prepare the sandwich with double protein instead, which would have been too much.
