Even though this is your standard subway and the experience and food is pretty much the same as with any other subway in the country, the one thing that is making me give it a five star rating is the staff member who was working at the time that I went. I got to the restaurant a few minutes before closing time, and even though the employee present, who was by himself, seemed tired and wanting to go home, he was polite and patient with my order and that was most definitely appreciated. Not open
I ordered online and the store said they never received my order and will do nothing about it. I have called store manager, district manager and corporate headquarters with no luck. I paid they PayPal so have a dispute going with them to return my money. Very bad customer service!!!!
Was in to order lunch, went to wash hands and use restroom was stopped in the main hallway… “No Public Restroom” I guess customers included… Do Not Recommend.
