I am writing to share my experience during my visit to your store on July 3rd at approximately 7:25 PM. There were two staff members present at the time. One of them was polite and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, I regret to say that the other staff member displayed a poor attitude and unprofessional behavior. I recently visited this Subway location and ordered three footlongs, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The sandwiches were poorly prepared and didn’t match what I ordered - it really ruined the whole meal. I’ve been to this location a few times before and usually had a good experience, but this time was different.
