Honestly the best subway on the mountain, Inder always makes top tier subs.
This location at 830 Upper James St, Unit #105 is absolutely awful. They never manage online orders properly — every single time there’s a delay or “system issue.” The staff seem totally relaxed and careless, with no sense of urgency or respect for customers’ time. When you ask for help, they act rude or uninterested. Zero customer service, zero accountability. If you value your time and money, stay far away from this place.
