Terrible customer service. Rude behaviour, acting like we were an inconvenience, couldn’t even say hi or look up at us while talking. Are you talking to the veggies? After we ate in we were getting a sub to go and waited at the counter for 10mins as she was in the back doing whatever. Had to open then door to make a noise so she knew we were there.
This is by far the worst Subway I've visited. The midnight staff member provided extremely poor customer service. I was kept waiting while she took and prepared orders for customers who arrived after me. Despite me arriving first, my order was repeatedly delayed. To make matters worse, she asked me to hand her the items that she was supposed to pack herself for an Uber order. The young Indian woman who was at the counter acted like we were a major inconvenience. She had earbuds in and kept asking us to repeat ourselves. Just take out the damn earbuds and do your job?
Amazing customer service by the worker lady. Must have tuna footlong sandwich if your on a vegetarian diet .
Worst customer service ever. The big girl works there her body was touching my sandwich. That looks disgusting and still paid and left. She was in such a hurry nd rude. Poor customer service and she was keep touching her AirPods while making food.
