The black lady with short hair needs to be fired immediately. Shes very rude. I've visited this location several times and each time she is eating. She comes from the back while still chewing her food and ask "what can I get you" not a greet or anything. On top of that she doesn't wash her hands just puts on disposable gloves and starts making your order. And what is with this location being out of items. They seem to constantly be out of something. How do you only have wheat bread available. Now that's sad.
I had never tried Subway here, so I thought of trying it with my friend, and trust me the service was terrible, the girl working there didn't even greet us and her voice was barely loud so we weren't able to listen properly. She was preparing the sandwich as she had no interest in working and the main thing was they didn't have Tomatoes at all which was disappointing. Overall I somehow managed and liked the sandwich but don't wanna visit again.
Wrong bread didn't put sauce on my sandwich like requested and the extra sauce I asked for on the side they put maybe a squirt in the little cup act like I asked for it from their personal reserves don't go here
Today when I went in I asked for a pepperoni dipper the lady working there raised her voice at me and said "let me finish this order first" it was very rude and if she just asked nicely for me to wait that would have been okay. The other guy there was nice and everything else went well. I went in on oct. 28, at 4:00
The sandwich was great! But the service was terrible. Sat in drive thru for at least 10 minutes. I got no response so I went inside to see 2 workers standing at front counter with NO customers! Very upsetting because this has happened twice. I have stopped going to this location
