Today I went to subway and they were out of tomatoes, Oregano, Jalapeño chips, Pepsi and their lettuce looked terrible. Management should be doing a better job.
If I could give 0 stars, I would literally ordered a sandwich on the app, asked it to be toasted. And listed, all of my ingredients. Pick my order up. Got home to find none of my sandwich had been toasted. Not the bread, the cheese or the meat, and they put none of the veggies. I asked for or even requested extra of on my sandwich. Call 37 times in a row to see if I could bring it in to have it. Horrible customer service. I walked in and was immediately greeted with "You'll have to wait!", yelled across the restaurant. There were two other customers in there. I said "Thats fine". The more I stood there, the more that didn't sit well with me. I walked out and heard her say "Thank goodness". So I went next door to Hawaiian BBQ, much better customer service.
I went to Subway three days in a row. The first day they were out of American cheese the second day they were out of all bread except wheat the third day they were out of multiple items. It gets frustrating finding this out after waiting in line for 5 to 10 minutes. I cannot waste my valuable lunchtime, waiting in line for 5 to 10 minutes to find out all the missing items are for the day. I would rather just visit Jimmy John’s , Potbelly’s, Monty’s or any other sub place that does not seem to have this problem. Hopefully the... read more
